Before joining GB, Chris was engaged in the Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) sector—exemplified by technologies such as Direct Air Capture (DAC)—since its early stages in 2019, during his tenure at Mitsubishi Corporation. He led startup investments, spearheaded the global deployment of CDR technologies, developed commercial projects, and co-founded NextGen, a global CDR buyers' club.
