Sandy Grippo is a partner and chief operating officer in the New York office. She works closely with Bessemer’s global team and represents the firm with financial partners, institutions, and investors. In addition, she oversees all financial operations of the firm and its investment funds including valuations, accounting, budgeting, financial systems, audits, reporting, treasury, tax planning, and compliance as well as policy development. She also leads the human resources and information technology teams at Bessemer.
